HERA OF HERAKUT

Jasmin Siddiqui was born in Frankfurt, West Germany, in 1981. She was raised Catholic and Muslim, which caused conflict at school. She later confronted the issue when she encountered graffiti.
Siddiqui has a classical art education that began at the age of eight.
He studied visual communication and graphic design at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden.
Siddiqui's works are characterized by gestural brushstrokes and the use of mythological scenes. He combines traditional techniques with spray painting to portray comical and satirical scenes. His works often address the human condition, childhood, injustice, and social awareness. Each of his works has a corresponding text to accompany the image.
In 2004, Siddiqui collaborated with graffiti artist Akut (Falk Lehmann) to form Herakut. Since 2004, the street art duo has exhibited at art fairs and galleries worldwide, created over 100 public murals, and published two books; their work is featured in major collections worldwide. Their works are characterized by their narrative style, use of drip painting, and imagination.
